Introduction to the Project
Today, we’re excited to send off our latest project—a 32×10 anti-vandal welfare unit—to its new home at a golf club in Somerset. This custom-built unit was created specifically to support the needs of the golf club’s ground maintenance team. It provides the essential welfare facilities needed to keep the team comfortable and productive as they go about their tasks.

Converted to Meet Specific Requirements
Originally designed as an open-plan office, this unit has been transformed into a functional welfare facility through our expertise in custom conversions. We tailored it to include a drying room, a single toilet, an office, and a canteen. Each space supports the comfort and efficiency of the maintenance staff, ensuring they have the right facilities to meet daily challenges with ease.

Durable and Easy-to-Clean Interiors
At the client’s request, we made ease of maintenance a priority in this design. To achieve this, we used white hygienic PVC wall boards, which are not only durable but also easy to clean. Additionally, we installed heavy-duty PVC flooring, chosen specifically for its resilience in high-traffic areas. The floor stands up well to wear from outdoor gear, making it ideal for a maintenance team’s needs. These features create a modern, hygienic environment that’s easy to maintain and built to withstand daily use.
